WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase.

If you received the wrong item or your product was broken or defective in any way, please contact us at info@discipleshirts.com with photos of the problem so we can rectify the situation. 

If you have any questions or concerns, or are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at info@discipleshirts.com.

If you would like to exchange or return an order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@discipleshirts.com. Returned items need to be in new condition with all labels intact. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (like a damaged or incorrect item).

What items are not returnable or refundable? 
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail items
  • Mystery items
  • Custom t-shirts

Damaged Items or Print Issues

Although extremely rare, sometimes damaged or misprinted products get past us. If you receive an item with a hole, tear, or any printing mishap, let us know ASAP. We’ll hook you up with a replacement and maybe even make the fulfillment team do a say a prayer of apology. 😉 No need to send the old one back.

Remember, all issues need to be reported within 30 days of placing your order. We’ve got your back, so let’s make it right!


We will gladly refund the product price or replace your item, providing merchandise is returned in its original packaging and tags within 30 days from purchase date. Please contact us at info@discipleshirts.com for return information.

Personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable

Refunds cannot be provided for products that have been worn, used, or no longer in their original packaging or tags. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
